What I'm all about
Firespark Coaching & Wellness is a holistic practice that specializes in the work of regenerative health.
Regenerative health is all about getting to the root cause of symptoms or a disease. Addressing the root cause allows the body to reverse, repair, and regenerate from its current state. This is accomplished through detoxification, herbalism, nutrition, and kinesiology.
I am a Certified Regenerative Health Practitioner trained in regenerative detox, iridology, herbalism, facial mapping, muscle testing, and other modalities that help me to assess and support the body as a whole. I also have a tool box of techniques that help my clients overcome cravings, move through resistance, trauma blocks, and rewire the brain for self-love and positive habit change. These include but are not limited to EFT tapping, the transformational coaching method, neurolinguistics, breathwork, and meditation exercises.
I specialize in a holistic approach to reproductive and hormone health, pregnancy, postpartum, chronic pain, and overall preventative care, as well as many other conditions.
Disease is nothing more than dis-ease, a lack of ease and flow in the body that has derived from a state of acidosis and lymphatic stagnation.
My services consist of full health consultations, iris exams, holistic regenerative protocols, fertility programs, transformational coaching, nutritional counseling, and herbal recommendations.

Intake
(A Regenerative Journey For Any Condition)
You will receive a full gland and organ assessment through a verbal iris analysis and my detailed health questionnaire, assessing kidney function, pH of urine, kidney pressure and adrenal function, herbal protocol, and nutritional education.
Intake can be done in 1 or 2 sessions (One 2hr comprehensive analysis or two 1hr sessions), these can be done through zoom or in person at my office in Santa Cruz.
Your intake will include a full customized protocol for you.
If you would like your iris analysis written up in a full report I'm happy to do it.
Once on protocol I strongly suggest bi-weekly check in's (20-30 mins) to keep you on track and make sure your body and mind are properly supported.

The iris is a map of your current state of health, it's an extension of the brain with over 28,000 nerve endings.
The iris is connected to every organ and tissue of the body by way of the brain and nervous system. The nerve fibers receive impulses through the optic nerve, optic thalami, and spinal cord. It reveals inflammation, where it's located, and in what stage it is manifesting. (acute, subacute, chronic, degenerative). It reveals body constitution, inherent weaknesses, and different levels of health.
This is my primary method for establishing the root cause of whatever the body is presenting.

Full Consultation With Iris Analysis

You don't have to commit to a health intake to gain clarity as to what is the root cause of what is going on in the body and how we can support the system to fully restore itself with regenerative health principals.

I offer a one on one coaching program & a group cohort to support women to prepare their bodies for conception so they can have every advantage towards a healthy pregnancy, a happy baby, and a joyful post partum experience!
As a woman we have a birthright to have babies! I am here to support you on a regenerative and educational journey. You will get to clean up the body, reverse physical obstacles getting in the way of conception, address stress and emotional obstacles that could get in the way, as well as integrating deep nourishment and tools to support optimal fertility, creating the healthiest foundation for pregnancy, birth, and beyond!

Ilsa Greatorex-Duncan

Ilsa grew up in Mid-coast Maine, her mother was a naturopathic nurse midwife with a holistic view on health, so she was brought up learning about birth, nature’s gifts, and natural medicine.
Ilsa's first business was in aerial dance and she decided to step into the health coaching world to help her students who were struggling on a deeper level so she got certified by the Health Coach Institute. Around this time she also found herself in her own health crisis. Ilsa tried what felt like everything to get out of chronic pain and hormone imbalance and nothing worked until she found Regenerative Health.
It only took her 3 1/2 months to become pain free, and so much more. For the first time in her life Ilsa got to experience what balanced healthy hormones feels like. She was blown away by these results! After sharing this modality with her parents she fell deeper in love with the practice, who also had incredible life changing transformations within a relatively short period of time, and this is when she decided she had to share it with the world.
Ilsa is now a certified Regenerative Health Practitioner and Iridologist through the Institute Of Regenerative Health, and Reproductive Health Specialist. She has a passion for inspiring women to clean out their bodies before conception - to better the health of their future babe and to support the healthiest pregnancy and postpartum journey possible. She also specializes in working with those who are struggling with reproductive issues (PCOS, endometriosis, uterine fibroids, unexplained infertility) and deep chronic conditions (like CFS, autoimmune, cancer, and neurological issues) to help them to restore optimal health in the body and mind so they can have the family or simply the life they've been longing for.
